You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services, including our self-service technology, legal filings, and SMS communication programs. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.

2. SMS/Mobile Messaging Program

By opting into our mobile messaging program, you agree to receive automated promotional and transactional text messages from Trademark Seeds. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Description of SMS Use Cases: Our SMS service is used to send you important alerts regarding your trademark application status, USPTO filing deadlines (such as Office Action responses or Statements of Use), account notifications, onboarding appointments, and promotional marketing messages.
• Message & Data Rate Disclosure: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and application status. Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or reply "STOP" to any text message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message "STOP", we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
• Customer Support Contact: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected] or by calling Toll Free 1 (855) 707 1802.
• Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We utilize self-service technology, care specialists, an independent network of attorneys, and the Trademark Seed-owned law network, Trademark Seeds Legal Services, to assist you.

5. Guarantee and Refunds

We stand behind our services. If your trademark registration is rejected by the USPTO after utilizing our full filing services according to our guidelines, we will issue a 100% refund of our service fees. USPTO government fees and state filing fees are non-refundable.
